Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription in the app. Or manage it directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

Technical Issues
Q: The app isn't working. What should I do?
A: Try these steps:

Q: The skin analysis isn't loading.
A: Make sure you have good lighting and the photo is clear and in focus. Try taking another photo. If the issue continues, contact support.
Q: I didn't receive my verification code to log in.
A: Check your spam/junk folder. If it's still not found, request a new code in the app. Make sure you entered the correct email address.
Privacy & Security
Q: How is my data protected?
A: We use industry-standard encryption and secure servers. Your data is stored securely using enterprise-level cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase).
Q: Can I delete my account and data?
A: Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days.
Q: Do you share my photos with anyone?
A: No. Your photos are transmitted securely for temporary AI processing only. They are not sold, shared with marketers, or retained unless you explicitly opt-in to help improve our AI.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: SkinKlair uses secure, passwordless login! You don't need a password. Just enter your email address on the login screen, and we will send you a secure, one-time verification code to access your account.
Q: How do I update my email address?
A: Go to Settings > Account > Email Address and enter your new email. You'll need to verify it with a new code.
